Selling Sitka for Decades! Southeast Alaska has been Michael’s home most of his life, graduating from Sheldon Jackson College right here in Sitka. Michael is the former owner/broker of RE/MAX of Sitka and has a wealth of knowledge and experience representing Sitka home buyers and sellers. He is a part owner of Welcome Aboard LLC. Michael enjoys camping, boating, and whale watching with his family. He is a member of Sitka Mountain Rescue K-9, Our Lady of Loreto Knights of Columbus, Sitka Sportsman Association, National Realtors Associate, and the Sitka Chamber of Commerce.

 
Mim McConnell

Mim McConnell works out of her home. She runs her web and graphic design business, Shelter Cove Publishing, and advocates for more affordable housing through her role as Co-Executive Director of the Sitka Community Land Trust. She is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Baranof Realty and part owner of Welcome Aboard, LLC. She served as a City and Borough of Sitka Assembly member for three years and four years as the Mayor of Sitka. She currently holds the former Mayor position on the Sitka Permanent Charitable Trust Board of Directors, represents Alaska on the North West Community Land Trust Coalition Board of Directors, and serves on Sitka's Local Emergency Planning Commission. She holds a degree from Bradford College and in her spare time enjoys boating and hiking in the Sitka area and spending time with her husband and the three generations of her family who live here.
